  • Cost: Bar hire is free; requires a £250 refundable deposit.
  • How It Works: You cover the cost for a set period or a specific budget.
  • Benefits:
    • Guests do not need to reach for their wallets.
    • The atmosphere feels generous and seamless.
    • You can set clear limits around timing or spend.
    • It creates a more elevated hosted experience.
  • Ideal For: Treating your guests and keeping the drinks flowing in a way that feels easy, polished, and well-considered.

Hybrid

The best of both worlds.

  • Cost: Bar hire is free; requires a £250 refundable deposit.
  • How It Works: Your guests pay for their own drinks via cash or card.
  • Benefits:
    • It keeps the hosting effortless.
    • There is no large upfront drinks bill for you to manage.
    • Your budget can stay focused elsewhere.
    • Guests enjoy a stylish, professional bar experience.
  • Ideal For: Weddings, parties, and events where you want the bar to feel high-end but keep the hosting simple and budget-conscious.

Dry Hire

The DIY professional choice.

  • Cost: Hire fee based on your location and duration (typical guide: around £1200).
  • How It Works: We provide the bar, equipment, and expert staff; you supply the alcohol.
  • Benefits:
    • You maintain control of the drinks spend.
    • You can source your own stock.
    • You still receive a fully professional bar setup and team.
  • Ideal For: Clients who want freedom and flexibility on the alcohol side, with Blacksheep Bar Co providing the expertise behind the bar.
